Peace; is seen as that inward quietness that extends to the outside.
 Its more like the gradual pour of a waterfall but soothing and reviving.
The nature of peace in the affairs of all creation makes it bearable, refreshing and satisfying.
It is understood as the absence of hostility and retribution. To enjoy peace; you must first be situated in an environment suitable enough or better still; a direct contact with nature.

In this case, it is a period in which your thoughts has nothing to do with neither war nor violence. To find peace, you must first find comfort.
Clearing your mind from arguments you earlier had with your colleague or be willing to say 'am sorry' to that special person you must have hurt either with your words or actions. And when you find that inward peace, you will know that this is the height of human existence.

Freedom

Even amidst our own simple existence; there lies the need to be free...
Yes! I may not be a renowned philosopher but personally; I'd like to believe that the term 'freedom' - is like a deep ocean; it cuts deep and flows across through every part of human existence, it is unending.

Freedom; as being described by certain individuals of philosophical learning; is the state of being free. Its the state of liberty, it is the absence of restraint and therefore the opposite of slavery.
Somehow; i happen to understand it as the power of acting in the character of a moral personality, according to the dictates of human will. The most important kind of freedom is to be what you really are - like trading in your reality for a role or your sense; for an act... J.M.
